Motorcyclist Killed in El Cajon Onramp Collision

EL CAJON – A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday in a collision with a truck on an El Cajon freeway onramp. The fatal crash on the entrance from Greenfield Drive to eastbound Interstate 8 occurred shortly before noon, according to the El Cajon Police Department and the California Highway Patrol. The accident forced closures of the connector and one westbound lane on the adjacent street until further notice, and prompted the CHP to issue a traffic alert for the area.
