Gravel spill closed all lanes on westbound SR-52

 SAN DIEGO – Authorities shut down all lanes on westbound state Route 52 just east of Interstate 15 just before 6 a.m. after a dump truck crashed and spilled gravel, according to the California Highway Patrol.Traffic is being diverted onto Interstate 15 or the Kearny Villa Road off-ramp. Authorities reopened all lanes on westbound state Route 52 just east of Interstate 15 around 7:30 a.m.
